I have a subscription but everything is blocked
- Problems that may occur when purchasing your premium version of TILA® may be the following:
- Your card is declined by the bank. You will have to contact your banking institution directly, as this action is common for the security of your card.
- Google sends a message that the account is blocked. If so, you will need to check your Google account settings in the Payments section to see if there is a problem or contact them directly.
- If the same thing happens on your iOS version, check that your card has a balance, is configured correctly or that you do not have an outstanding balance, this can be checked directly from your iPhone settings.

I have problems with my device, how can I solve it?
Check the following cases for which we believe you may have problems; have a stable internet connection, version of your device is compatible with TILA, close the app and reopen it.
I forgot my password, how do I reset it?
You can reset your password manually from onboarding>Forgot your password?>enter the code that arrived to your email>set a new password.
How much sleep do I really need?
The amount of sleep you actually need can vary from person to person, but in general, it is recommended that adults sleep between 7 and 9 hours per night to maintain a good balance of health and well-being.
